Questions

Frequently asked

Do you work with businesses outside Hamilton?

Most of our clients are in Hamilton and the wider Waikato, usually within an hour of the office, so someone can be on site when remote support is not enough. We also support businesses further afield remotely.

What does a managed IT agreement actually cover?

Day-to-day helpdesk, monitoring and maintenance for the devices and systems your team relies on, with a named engineer who knows your setup. We write down exactly what is included before you sign anything.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes. Plenty of our work sits alongside an in-house person or another provider, covering the areas they do not or picking things up when they are away. We agree who owns what up front.

How quickly do you respond to a ticket?

Response times are set out in your agreement and depend on how much the issue is holding you up. Urgent problems get picked up first — phone the office and you will get a person rather than a queue.
